"Training Forum in the Light of Digital Transformation" monitors future milestones in human development
The (Training in light of digital transformation) forum, organized by the Chamber on Wednesday, November 9, 2022, will discuss several themes, most notably (investment and digital transformation in the development of training), It addresses the issue of human resources development and measuring the return on investment on facilities, modern technologies and their role in the training process, the role of digital transformation in building future skills, and the role of development in empowering leaders and building leadership competencies.
This was explained by the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Asharqia Chamber, Badr bin Suleiman Al-Raziza, adding that the forum, under the axis (training platforms in the Saudi market), will address the role of these platforms in meeting training needs, and their impact on the quality of the training process and trainees, with the opportunity to provide models for training platforms. In the Saudi market, with an attempt to answer a question that seems very important, which is: "The role of private training in crisis management, does it continue or does it stop", in conjunction with the emergency that passed through the general situation in the Kingdom due to the Corona pandemic.
According to Al-Raziza, the forum seeks to monitor successful experiences in the issue of training, by examining the experience of specialized academies in the Saudi market and trying to monitor their contribution to meeting training needs, while addressing the challenges they face in this way.
Al-Raziza valued His Highness, The Prince of the Eastern Province, for his patronage of the forum, stressing the support of the rational government - represented by His Highness - for the activities and bids of the private sector, the main partner in the development witnessed by our beloved country. He added that the participation of His Excellency Dr. Al-Fuhaid in the forum confirms this trend and supports the special importance of the issue of developing National human resources, on which the state relies in implementing its development plans, and at the same time emphasizes the keenness of the wise government, may God preserve it, to upgrade the capabilities of national cadres, qualify them and provide them with the most important sciences, knowledge, and skills.
Al-Raziza pointed out that the forum is witnessing the participation of experts and specialists in the field of training, rehabilitation, and consultancy, and representatives of government and private agencies.
